Dr. Ravett has enjoyed practicing dentistry for over twenty-five years. She has a reputation for being a caring and trusted professional. She loves making her patients feel better about their smiles and dental health. When not practicing dentistry, Stephanie loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is an active person who enjoys hiking, running, tennis, bowling, gardening, reading and playing bridge. Additionally, Stephanie volunteers with several organizations in the community.

About

In 1978, Barry joined Dr. Morty Melman (his father) and Dr. Jim Kippen in private practice. He spent many years teaching part-time as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Restorative Dentistry at Penn Dental. Barry has been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1977 and was voted a Philadelphia Magazine “Top Dentist” in 2012, and again in 2016.

Dr. Valentina Savath enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. She sees dentistry as the ideal combination of science and artistry, allowing her to improve both the health and confidence of her patients. Known for her gentle and calming presence in the dental chair, Dr. Savath builds strong connections with her patients through clear communication and education.

Her dedication to lifelong learning is evident in her commitment to continuing education and staying current with modern techniques. She recently earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a prestigious distinction held by only six percent of dentists in the United States.

Dr. Savath completed her dental degree at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. She holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University. She is a proud Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and actively participates in professional development to provide the highest standard of care.

Outside the office, Dr. Savath enjoys spending time with her husband Roger, their two sons Jordan and Bowen, and their dog Ellie. On weekends, you’ll often find them exploring Philadelphia on foot or discovering new restaurants around the city.
